    Very bad bank. they are so strict and rude to the customers. their banking app is full of glitches and is a terrible setup. they force you to remove your mask putting u in danger of catching a virus just to kepp their preshious money safe. WARNING to all DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They are selfish and only care about their money. this is by far the worst bank for the people.

    Undoubtedly the worst bank I have ever done business with. My card was constantly declined for no reason and the customer service representative would tell me it was because terminals and card readers get dirty. This made as much sense as the tellers telling me that they can't find any transactions being denied on my account even though over 12 transactions had been denied in theast 24 hours.

    They recently changed their online banking site and it’s a disaster! Can’t even access my own stuff! Really?!?!? Done with them! Can’t wait to put my money elsewhere! Can’t even email them. I need to check my account daily and now I can’t e even do that! Disappointed!

    I cosigned a loan for my son, with the stipulation that I would be able to log in at anytime to view the account. This was explained to the loan office prior to signing the paperwork, including the fact that my son did not want me to access his business checking/savings accounts. Now that the loan has closed, I find out that the only way I can access the loan online is if he gives me access to his business accounts. Many years ago, I closed my account with this credit union (prior to their name change) because they charged me a fee to change my address. I reiterate my vow never to do business with this organization again.
