  First American Title is first rate I closed with FAT 13 years ago when I bought this house. The reason I'm giving only 4 stars is because the had the closing in N OKC, neither I nor the buyer lives in N OKC, there is an FAT office in Norman. I think the title company & the realtor should consider the buyers/sellers convenience ahead of their own.
