      They favor who they like, DO NOT GO HERE, a title company should be neutral not favoring people, it is so unethical. They favored the other party over me and frankly I am sick of this type of small-town favoritism! Especially how they treated me since I am not from here!

      My experience with Terri McBride at First American Title was absolutely the worst. As the executor to my mother's estate, I sold her home in Paul. I signed the closing docs early as I had to return back to my home in Georgia. I gave the access code to enter my mom's house to Terri and was very clear that access was not to be given to the buyers until we closed. It wasn't until 3 days prior to closing that I received a text from the buyer asking if the alarm was on as he was going into the house. I then emailed Terri and asked if we had closed or if she had given early possession of the house to the buyers and she answered "yes, I hope that's okay". I then asked if we were closed and she stated no. Imagine how astonished I was to find out that Terri McBride had given the buyer, who were her friends, early possession of my mom's property without our consent. After we finally closed, we then had to wait for our wire a day and a half later. The only way this was resolved was to contact the regional office. They not only apologized for what Terri did, but got the wire in our account within an hour. Their regional office did agree that she showed no partiality in the transaction and NEVER should have given the buyers early possession of the property. Terri demonstrated unethical behavior, showed extreme partiality to the buyers in the transaction and purposely held up the close of the property for the buyer's advantage.
