I worked with Alod while closing on my home - the experience with the lender was horrific and the seller was just as awful-- however Alod was prompt, informative, kind and compassionate. He was very professional and explained things in ways I could understand. Thank you for everything, Alod!!

I have never used a more helpful and accommodating title company in all of the transactions I've gone through. Kathy Erickson and Karen Fabio in particular were very helpful. On two occasions they went above and beyond what was expected. First, I needed a notarized signature from a party who was house bound - they made time in their busy schedules to drive over to that person's home and obtain the needed signature. Second, months after my transaction was completed, I lost my documents. Within a couple hours of asking, I received a full set emailed to me. Very personalized service. My highest recommendation!

Worst and most unprofessional signing experience I have ever had. Karen belittled us for having two transactions closing on the same day the day before closing. She made what was supposed to be a happy experience signing for our new house the most awful experience.

Treated us very well. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and great they handled our first experience of buying a home. Great team that take the time to make sure you are on the right path.

SELLER BEWARE! Months after the closing of our condo, we got a call from Fidelity National Title Company saying that Clackamas County made a mistake, and misreported to the Title Company that we owed no property taxes. The County had sent a bill to the current owner (The person holding the Title Insurance) for back property taxes. Fidelity Title company now wants us to bring them a large check for those back taxes. I thought that this kind of mistake is EXACTLY what title insurance was for. I've talked to many people at Fidelity and the only help I've gotten is all the reasons their Insurance and their company should not cover this mistake. They say they are mailing me an explanation of the situation, and some kind of a bill, instead of just a phone call telling me to stop by with a check for thousands of dollars. How generous. Oh, they have also "negotiated" the 3% discount with the County that we would have gotten if the taxes (that they said were already paid) had been paid on time. Thoughtful of them-or of the County whose report indicated that we didn't owe anything? The nice lawyer at Fidelity blamed me for not knowing how much I had paid in property taxes, even though our taxes were included in our mortgage payments. She also implied that I lied "UNDER OATH" for signing a paper saying that the taxes had been paid. They got the evidence from the County, not me.

Dealing with them was the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Super unprofessional. They don't take any responsibility for providing me with wrong information. In fact, they blamed me. Terrible!
