I've been a member for over 10 yes, and I have no complains. What I like when I'm having any problems, or if I'm not sure of a transactions, they are very helpful, and friendly to assist you.
This credit union is great but not this location. Employees are not professional. Mask aren’t enforced. I literally just went to pay a loan the lady behind the window told me to have a seat, at first I thought she told me that because she had to do something before seeing me but that wasn’t the case. After sitting a minute later I get called up to a desk I’m like I just want to pay my loan . Then the lady at the desk repeated wat I said to the one behind the window. The lady at the window said ohhh. That’s it. I then walked back to the window and she said she couldn’t hear me clearly. Why didn’t she just have me repeat before assuming. The minute I walked in and saw her she just seemed like she was mad and didn’t want to help. When she tried to access my account she wanted me ssn. You guys need to have a better system when we tell u our SSN. I had to repeat 3 times to her. All in all terrible experience I’ll still to the location at avenue b. Much better and nicer service.

Do yourself a favor and don't bank here. This bank is one of the most inaccessible, unprofessional banks I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have about 4 employees! terrible hours and randomly decide to not even open on regular business days. It's currently a snowstorm and payday and they've decided to not come in so people could buy necessary supplies. They have 1 atm in the lobby (which is also a daycare LOL) that rarely works. There's been incidents where my account balance has been completely incorrect and They've at one time lost ALL documents and paperwork tying me to my account which prevented me from accessing my funds for several months while they insisted nothing could be done. I finally fixed the problem but only after having to agree to pay them 150 dollars a month. Banks have 2 jobs. Keep your money safe and keep your information safe. This bank has failed at both by misplacng funds and misplacng sensitive information.
