      This place allowed a scammer to collect $2000.00 from my account. Just by the person claims to be a realtor agent for Main street Renewal and faxed fraudulent paperwork of a fake lease saying they rented me a house. And I am an have been in one address for 8 years. I need my money I have children and I'm disabled. That was my social security money that they just gave to this ghost of a scammer. Without even verifying any of this with me the account holder. Anyone know a good attorney?

      I came on a Saturday to open a new account. I was stopped quite Abruptly by a man at the door. He asked me what I was there for, I told him to open a new account. He told me that new accounts were by appointment only on Saturday. I was instructed to use online to book my appointment. I only have Saturday’s to do all my errands. I went on line, there was no way you could book a Saturday appointment. It gave Tues-Thur and the system was for work days only. It was very hard to figure out. I’m very upset. 5-25-21 I opened a account at Regions Bank I’m very happy there. Great staff, have gone out of there way to help me..

Because of our shorter hours on the weekends, we are currently running on an appointment-only basis on Saturdays. Our scheduling system shows appointment slots three days in advance, so you should be able to make a Saturday appointment if you check back on Wednesday.       My husband is away at basic military training.. I called DCCU for help with online banking. I was then told that they are unable to assist over the phone and to go into the branch in order to get help. When I arrived I was told that there was nothing that they can do, although I have access to my telephone pin, I am myself on the bank account, and I also have my husband's social security number. They still couldn't help me. I then asked to speak to the manager for further assistance and instead of assisting me, I was told that she just went to lunch although it was 24 minutes past the hour, which just makes me believe that she did not want to be bothered I received a card with the assistant branch manager's name, Royal Gentry and Come to find out with obvious reasons that this is not the head manager. I tried to call in our later, as instructed and got no answer. After calling Delta communities customer service, I tried to get in touch with the assistant manager and was told that they are in some sort of meeting. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this service I received today. I honestly believe that once my husband returns from basic training we will definitely be switching credit unions because this one is just not military family friendly.

      I came in to have something notarized and was assisted by Ansley. She was polite and so very kind to me. Unfortunately those qualities seem to be rare. I just wanted to let her know I appreciated her. Thanks Delta Credit Union.😊

      These people are completely incompetent. They call back every other day asking you to bring more documents to open a 5 dollar savings account. You spend 2 hours in a bank trying to get a check for a loan you have already been pre-approved for. DO NOT DO IT. There are so many other credit unions. Save yourself the time and your sanity! The nicest people are the people at the front desk. Now they deserve 5 stars.

      The most humble person I've met. My mother wanted to open an account and we had several questions to ask. Not knowing that we were speaking with one of the Branches Asst. Manager...She was humble and helpful. I love meeting humble ppl. It was a pleasure meeting you Mrs. Royale @ PTC Delta Community Bank. Customer Service was excellent and the tellers are professional.

      I am a member of Alabama Credit Union. I frequently use this location because of the sharing banking. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The only times I have had to wait are after holidays, which is to be expected.

      Always excellent customer service. My 7 year son is with me most times.. Boy question the tellers..even when I get annoyed they always answer him courteously. . He asked me to open his account there. I did.. Thank you.. Team

      Lines are always really long and the only ATM outside is usually broken and won't accept cash deposits. However staff is typically very friendly and accommodating.
