      I opened a Community America account because a friend told me they had the best customer service and would order large quantities of coins for him all the time (he does not have a business account). Well not this branch, they're just lazy and will lie to get out of doing their job. They straight up lied and told me no Community America branch can order coins!

      I like community America as a bank but not the staff that work in this location! Rude, unprofessional, racist staff members. I waited for someone to assist me to exchange bills to quarters (which I been doing this on other locations with no problems at all!) but with this location I receive really bad customer service, especially racist attitudes. Staff members need more training on treating the customers right! And treat everyone fair doesn’t matter the color of their skin. I’m fed up with the people working there. Seems like I will closed my account here and choose a better banking experience somewhere else!

      I love community America and have always had great service today was the first time I didn’t. I went to this location I had change and bills I needed exchanged. The gentleman who helped me was extremely stand-offish towards me and at one point asked if I was almost done to hurry me up I think he may have been the manager as he was giving orders to the other employees. I apologized to him and he just looked at me or looked away. I told him have a good day to be polite and he just looked at me and then looked away. I was just not happy about the lack of politeness and rude demeanor. I won’t be returning to this location. And if he had continued to be stand-offish or rude I would have asked to just close my accounts. I recommend you avoid this location.

      When I set up my account, I worked with Jessie. He was so easy to work with and made the process I was dreading so effortless! He was super accommodating and even made the process a little bit fun by having such a good sense of humor! Highly recommend this credit union especially if you're lucky enough to work with Jessie!       Very disappointed. When recommend this bank from someone at their Kansas City North location they spoke very highly of thier customer service. Recently married, my husband and I were looking for a new bank to start a savings and checking account. We were an hour away from our current bank due to a move and we were looking for a bank closer to us. I worked through lunch in order to get out of work before they closed to at least start a savings account to get all our checks desposited from our wedding. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and when I asked the gentleman at the door if I could start an account he said that I was too late. They close in 20 minutes and it takes 45 minutes to start an account. Now I am a small business owner of two brick and mortar stores and I could never imagine turning away a customer when I was still open, even if I had to stay past closing for one simple sale. I was looking to be a long term customer of Community America. It takes hundreds of dollars to get new customer through your doors, specially with all the competing banks. Knowing this and knowing there are sour employees that shouldn’t destroy an imagine of a business I gave them a second chance. I called to speak to a manager. Their google number directs you to a corporate location and I was greeted by a friendly lady to whom agreed I should have been helped in opening an account if I walked in during bank hours. She sent my phone call directly to the bank branch manager to which she let me know I would have to leave a message as she was currently busy. I left a message and it’s now been 5 business days and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointed as I again was looking forward to starting an account with a bank that was highly recommended to us. Starting a savings and checking as a newly married couple is a long term customer you let walk right out of your doors. Since then I started an account with a bank that did take my business even when arriving 20 minutes before closing. My husband and I work 50+ hours a week in management and as a smal business owner. Getting away at 4:30 pm is like liquid gold for us during the week and finding a bank that takes care of their customers is important to us. Sadly even after a second chance Community America could not take a moment to take a phone call. I was calling to see if it was protocol to turn away customers looking to start an account 20 minutes before closing. If it was, Communtiy America was not the bank of us. If it was a sour employee, I wanted to make sure when I did work my tale off to get in there during business hours I would not be turned away again. I respect business hours but I also respect that sometimes you have to take time for customers.

      Best "bank" I've ever done business with. An account holder for over 10 years and ALWAYS get top notch service. And as a member, you get paid dividends! Kept them through 2 out of state relocations because there is none better! Forever loyal!

      We have used CACU for almost 4 years now , Mortgage and banking both. We have nothing but great things to say !       I don't actually bank here, but anytime I come over here to do shared branch deposits I'm left waiting for so long. Tried to go through the drive through and couldn't get a teller to talk to me so I walked in and found the reason why I couldn't was because there was a line backed up all the way to the door in the lobby. Staff is friendly but incredibly slow.

      Community America is generally a good bank for the basics. But if you need anything special from them, producing documents for mortgage paperwork, signature guarantees, etc, they make you jump through all sorts of hoops.

      The atm is unusable if you want to deposit a check without a teller present. Every time I go here it rejects the check even though there is nothing wrong with the check.
