No ATM..No drive thru..and no Saturday hours and closes early... Its awful...So you have to pay fees at another banks ATM to get cash out...Its crazy i will be going to get a new account at a bank that has banking amenities ..And in a friday most peoples pay days you close at 4...who gets out a 4.. and no Saturday hours to accommodate people who work later than 3 and 4 in the afternoon...Just a poor excuse of a bank..and Customer service....Response from the owner

I visited this branch for the first time today to open a savings account and get a secured credit card and the service was excellent. For those confused about how to get service here, there are two simple options 1) call ahead for in-lobby transactions 2) show up and wait your turn to be helped at the door/ring the door bell if the teller is not at the desk. The branch has limited their hours due to covid which is explained on the door, as is the in-lobby appointment system. Also, the ‘lobby’ is really just one room with one desk and one very nice teller running the show herself. So yes, the door is locked to maintain social distancing, and the phone might ring a little longer if the teller is helping someone and can’t answer immediately. The service here is awesome as long as you have a little bit of patience!

I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone. I came in to do a transaction upon my deceased grandmothers behalf and the lady working the front desk was extremely rude and it felt like she was trying to rush me out. As someone who worked for one of the most reputable banks in our area, this is NOT how customers were treated. I’m happy that I won’t have to ever come back into this bank.Response from the owner

This is the third time I have shown up to find out that they just closed with NO WARNING. I get a 45 min break and this is my only time to go to the bank. I wasted half my break driving to this location just to see a stick note saying they're closed. Call ahead and don't waste your timeResponse from the owner
