    Local branch people are very nice and helpful but they have a lot of problems with debit cards and not taking off pending amounts after being processed (Charging you twice then making you wait for a refund) Has happened twice to me now.. wont happen again

    We signed paperwork stating we didn't want overdraft protection. They overdrafted us anyways. They closed our account, put us into chexsystems and when I tried to reopen the account with a paycheck I was told no. I am unable to cash my LLC check now and unable to open an account anywhere else due to being in chexsystems. They obviously don't want their money back that bad. badtards! Horrible customer service and will tell everyone I know that this bank is crooked as hell.

    I love this bank. Besides the non-existant Atm's and the 2 dollar Atm fee if you use any of them around town. Also, the other review says that they denied the overdraft protection then they over drafted their account and complained when CB wanted their money are stupid my friend.

    Was lied to when given ss# and birth date ,told wasn't what they had on record,30 mins. Later had no problem at the Montrose Pa. Location !!
