Rochelle Washington2Only because it took 6 hours waiting on staff to complete the closing process. I saw about 8 staff members there and they were all white. No people of color or Bipoc staff that I seen in the office. The staff definitely seemed inexperienced. At least I finally closed right ? I wonder if I had to wait that long because I was AFRICAN American client ? I asked how long does it typically take to close and the response was closing usually don’t take this long. I mean they could have at least provided lunch or paid for my movers. 8:30am-2:00pm.

Nathan S McAnally1I had a pretty terrible experience with closing. Considering this part of the home buying process is one day and the job basically just consists of compiling documents for me and my wife to sign, I made an assumption everything was fine. Both me and my excellent realtor communicated with the closing agent that my wife would be there in person but I would need to sign remotely. At some point, the closing agent switched everything to in person (because apparently that's what the lender said) and never contacted me to confirm. There was never any communication from the company to confirm times, locations, what would happen the day of closing, or basically anything else. Since my wife had the wrong location, she was not on time for closing. The company never contacted me to see where we were. They seemed shocked when I finally got in touch with them (after about 20 minutes trying to call). They scheduled our closing for 4:00 and didn't bother to tell us their system closes at 4:30, so we were not able to close on time. In fact, they left my wife at their office on her own because things weren't complete on time and they needed to close. This experience was terrible. I would never recommend this company.

Bethany Koshak2Gave to contact or attention to reach out to us before our closing day. Took hours to close and to get access to our house where we were staying that night. If our realtor hadn’t saved them, we would have been homeless for the night. Simple communication before closing would have fixed all their problems, and as people who are paid to understand the process they should know they need to help most people through it.
