    Twice in a matter of one month, the teller (drive-up window) made a mistake in favor of the bank by either $100+ or $200+. They gave a lame excuse that the checks/money orders cannot be read properly. All of a sudden? Meanwhile, one of the money orders I deposited was typed by another bank, nothing handwritten ... so, we know this is NOT the case. The manager gave this lame excuse as well, but don't fall for it. They need employees who are competent and are able to calculate the amounts correctly in order not to waste a customer's time and short change them when deposits are being made. Will take my business elsewhere.

    Absolute worst bank in the entire world. Switching to Chase had it with capital one. Was buying a house today waited outside the door for 25 minutes after they said they were going open and never showed up ! DO NOT BANK HERE HORRIBLE

    Worst bank ever. It's ironic that their tagline is "banking reimagined". They have reimagined it as a place that offers zero services and wants everyone to do everything online. They won't even talk to you about credit cards, and there is no one available to help open an account. You are directed to go online for everything. The services they offer as a brick-and-mortar bank could be provided out of a kiosk the size of a lemonade stand. I pulled all my money out of this Bank and set up accounts at TD, where I received the personalized service I expect from a financial institution.

    Tuesday December 31st came to the bank at 2pm and the doors were locked. There were no signs or notifications of any kind saying the bank was closing early. Last time I checked new year's eve is not a holiday. There were several customers standing at the door and even though we could see several bank employees on the floor none of them would take one second to tell us anything. Was very shocked to be treated like that like I wasn't even standing there. Cmon capital one... You can do way better!!!

    They closed my savings account containing money during the pandemic with no reason why, they just sent me a check. Horrible and the atm drive thru is always empty

    I got to the drive threw at 4:50 and they close at 5:00 there was 1 car in front of me. The car was done and I pulled up and window was closed curtain down at 5:00 but I was on line waiting before 5:00 so Rude just closing like that when I was there waiting !!!thats like if I was in the bank online and when 5:00 comes they kick me out saying there closed.! I’m gonna write a letter to corporate . Very bad service

    Terrible customer service! Call to speak to someone they don't call you back then leave for the day. Don't have a manager available on a Monday. Don't care one they have your money in their bank! Don't waste your time with these people.

    Drive thru ATM is good..2 ATM machines and a Teller window. I do hope they will open the inside bank again soon.

    Horrible experience today at this branch with a teller named Barbara she should be fired seems to old to care about her job
