      Don’t even want to give them 1 star. - very unprofessional - don’t answer calls / or return calls when voicemails are left - don’t keep promises on account that they verbally agreed to - rude - you have to tell them to do something in regards to your account multiple times before anyone will do it. - manager is unprofessional and doesn’t guide staff to make sure accounts are accurate. My account was messed up on their behave for over a year!! And still is. Been calling and no one answers. Only cartopia answers but they can’t do anything to your account. - I do not recommend

      All I can say is that if you pay your bills timely, there are no issues. I got my vehicle from a disreputable dealer in Kansas City who financed me through Barton Creek in September of 2014. I was rebuilding my credit and had no real choice. I had my payments set up to automatically come out of my account every two weeks. They came out like clockwork for three years. Then I went on vacation and forgot my truck payment was coming out. I called them and they easily let me defer the one payment and move it to the backend of the loan. Then I stopped having the payments auto-withdrawal. Not that I wanted to stop paying, but I like to have control. I said I would just call or text (they gave me a number I could text anytime - was fantastic because I hate phone calls) when I wanted to make a payment. So I did this for a couple of payments, and then I realized every payment they were charging me $5 for the payment over phone/text. I said nope, and started mailing them an autopay check from my bank account. But, that being said, I have had no real issues with them. I literally just saw all of these reviews when I came on to google the phone to call and make my payoff. That is another thing. Pay attention to your payoffs!! At some point it becomes way easier and cheaper to pay it off than to continue to pay. I paid off $885 today, but if I had continued to make my payments through May, I would have paid at least twice as much. So again, if you need to repair credit and don't have an issue making payments, they are fine to do business with.

      Car was totaled. Don’t have the car. My insurance company sent them there money. They are still calling and texting me. They are reporting to the credit bureau that i have missed payments. When I call they say can you call your insurance adjuster. Well isnt that your job? Never ever finance through this company.

      I really wish I can give my car back and be done with this company. Every since I've became disabled this company has been racking up all the charges they can on me They had me send in my disability proof and then charged me extra because they didn't review the info on time. They charged me extra to pay once a month now too, Im to tired dealing with disabilities and you guy's are putting way to much stress on me every month you want more and more money

      Reviews speak for themselves ! I hate this place honestly wish I never financed my car through them they have all these hidden fees and they lack to communicate with you yet when they want you to make a payment they will harass you all day calling and even texting ! To set up auto pay you have to fill out a form they send you VIA email and print it fill out and email it to them ! What a joke ! Who has time for that ? Very inconvenient it’s 2018 step it up ! There are so many possibilities ! Abd their customer service sucks . Snobby girls have no clue what they’re doing . Will be my last time financing through them EVER .

      I haven't had any issues with this company. I ran into a financial struggle due to an unexpected death in the family, barton creek auto worked with me and didn't give me any trouble when i was not able to make my payment on time. Every interaction has been great this far.

      I paid my loan off early and they reported my loan to the credit bureaus as bad debt. I paid my loan off almost 5 months ago and still haven't received my title or lein release. I will make sure the dealership that uses this company knows how bad they are. Also if I could give them a zero star for this I would.

      If it was possible to give zero stars, I would! This is the worst company to work with! All they do is take advantage of honest people. Do not sign up for automatic payments either! They will DRAIN your bank account!

      The worst pseudo financial "institution' ever. I pay them $254 every two weeks. It is a very involved issue, but basically I made an agreement with the new 'Financial Manager' so that I could refinance and pay 1 monthly payment instead of bi-monthly. That Manager wasn't there more than about a month and the company didn't honour my agreement with him. They also conveniently did not have the tape recording from that conversation. Then they started telling me I was a payment behind, which I never agreed with, then 2 weeks later when I made my next payment they said I was 2 payments behind ( how does THAT happen?). Then at my next payment I was told I was 3 payments behind!! So blatantly crooked. Now they are saying I am 4 behind. Anyone who wants to join me in a suit against these guys message me through this site and I will lead the way.

      I had re-write my review because after the last one I wrote, my mind has most def been changed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The ladies in the office are rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. Take your car loan out elsewhere.
