I was skeptical of driving here from Moreno Valley because of the reviews & happen to be the closet in the area. I had to take money off because I was getting my card replaced and the service was pretty good & fast.

This has to be the worse bank I’ve ever had. I closed my checking account on a Wednesday due to Bank’s minimal branch location. Then 3 days later my bank was still open and not closed. I called customer service to get some assistance but I was on hold for 45 minutes and no one picked up. Stay away from this bank. If I could give it a negative star I would 😒

Very efficient customer service. We opened a couple bank accounts there and the customer service was outstanding, the banker was knowledgeable and assisted us to create the account we needed. The entire process was easy and fast. This banker just made an happy customer and I know that she will always do a great job serving us as we have non standard banking needs. I recommend this bank. It is associated with BNP France and this helps us a lot with our international banking dealings.

The amount of Non-BoTW ATM fees is outrageous. I have not once used an ATM, only card readers. But these fees range from $3-$11. So I have to pay AGAIN for using this card. Not recommended.

The Relationship Banker in the corner of the branch has horrible customer service , not proactive , and will redirect you to apply for account online after making you wait 30 mins. Lazy and has no insight of establishing any type of business relation. His title is under statement.

The absolute worst and rude people ever! The banker Sudha had no clue about withdrawing from one card (prepaid card) to put into my active account with them. She said my signature was off which wasn’t at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited 45 minutes to speak to someone even after seeing her take in other customers! Never come to this location again! Hour later update: Cindy R. was wonderful and fixed whatever the problem was and spoke to the rude banker! Took a while and made me late but, as long as it was fixed! Appreciate it Cindy

Horrible, rude people. Tried to process a money wire transfer through them. So far they have held my money for over two weeks, without releasing it while “ they investigate my recipient! “ They refuse to talk with me about it even though I am the sender of the money! I’ve filed complaints with the FDIC and Better Business Bureau. I would never recommend using this Bank!

I went in to open an account here because it is close to my kids school. They proceeded to question me about why I wanted to open account at their bank and not at one closer to my house. When I explained that it was because it was closer to my kids school, they called a manager over! She then questioned me also! I walked out and opened my account online. Which I regret. I requested NO OVERDRAFT protection, and if an iTunes or Netflix would hit it would just decline it. Not this month. They claimed it's always bank policy (even though I have documentation to prove that isn't the case) to allow the charge through and charge me a $35 overdraft fee for $7.99!! I'm done with this bank. They'll be out of business soon enough with $5 ATM fees and $12 checking account fees. And they'll keep all your money when they do! I went and got a free capital one online account and have never looked back!

After reading ALL the bad reviews, I would NEVER bank with this bank. Normally, I would consider a bank with one BAD review, but there are MANY bad ones posted here. I would rather stuff my mattress with the large deposit I was planning to open an account with at this bank. I will not bother with this financial institution.
