Lena Simone5So, I came in Today because I needed help with a stop payment and a I waited I see they are extremely busy. I do not mind really being that I did not have an appointment but as I waited a gentleman was waiting as well. Ms. Kimberly did acknowledge me and everyone else in the lobby. The gentleman got up and asked her name she gave it and then stormed off with not very nice words. I’m writing this review because she did absolutely nothing wrong. She’s been a very professional and courteous. I just had to jump in here before he gave his review. Unfortunately, you cannot please everyone. People are never satisfied. I highly recommend this banking institution.

Kimberley Falls1Probably the worst experience ive had at a bank. You would have thought i was making the women at the drive up do something other than her job. I was just depositing a check. She couldnt even look up to ask me what she could help me with. So when she got my items she looked up with an attitude and said "you dont have an account?" um yes i do.. but i had a question... the eye roll was clear as day. This location needs a revamp

José Manuel Avila5I live on the other side of Orlando, however, I had to do some business on this side of town. At first, I was apprehensive going to a new BoA location. However, Thiago & the staff were able to help me in the most efficient manner. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. Will happily return to this location.

james twitchel1Customer for 31+ yrs service/attitudes getting worse over time. Received rude/nasty call claiming from BOA. Asked for financial info. Said I didn't make much $$ and were canceling my Line of Credit. I never missed a payment. Concerned I might be identity theft victim. Bank officer confirm rude nasty is policy

Rosa González1Try to make 1 deposit 4 times. Ridiculous. Outside ATM does not have the option to deposit, I go to the teller, she tells me to do it at the inside ATM, it does not have the option to deposit neither, so I haveI go back to the teller......Unbelievable

PB1Absolutely theee slowest bank in America! This location is consistently an inconvenience for everyone. Cars are always backed up at the drive thru teller no matter what time of day you come and they always seem to just have one whole person working at a time. Utterly ridiculous!!!
