    I recently had the opportunity to discuss opening a small business account with Joe Stam who was extremely helpful during this process. I live out of state and he assisted me with opening the account with absolutely no issues. A few weeks later I received new account paperwork in the mail which I needed assistance filling out.     The website allows for accidentally transferring any amount of money to a credit card way too easily. I put myself on wait to finally get an rude employee who tells me nothing that can be done. The fact that you can just transfer hundreds of dollars to your credit account on accident by a button that is 1cm off and you are unable to reverse it until the transaction is processed, is theft in my eyes. Very frustrating. Sometimes I like Bank of America, sometimes I absolutely hate it.

    Trash bank, worst service, longest wait times, under staffed and over managed. Do yourself a favor and join any credit union!

    This branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees giving false information, not returning calls, and even lying to cover for each other. This branch is why I am closing my account and finding a bank that has competent employees.

    Every time I go here there is a long line and only one teller. They have a lady that stands at the door offering to deposit checks, and as far as I can tell, that is the only transactions she can do.

    I went there to cash out a check, the check was from bank of America and I was a current customer as well. The cashier wasn't able to verify the check, she offered me to deposit it on my account, I refused to do it because it takes weeks to clear out! After waiting up to an hour standing up in front of the cashier, waiting until the manager discriminate me, calling the person who issue the check to make sure they did signed, I wasn't offered to sit, or even an apology! I told the manager my frustration about all of the waiting time an questions, and she just said, on a sarcastic way: YOU STILL WANT TO CASH IT OUT? Without even an apology. I used to go to this bank a lot, now I'm considering closing my account.

    Always friendly. Always prompt. Every single visit they always show a most pleasant smile and given courteous attention. All banks should follow their lead. I am downgrading BOA from 5 to 4... not this particular branch... they always do what's right. But in response to BOA's recent changes to CHARGE their members a monthly fee, then charge a fee if you don't transfer enough money monthly to your savings account. These nickle and dime charges have slowly taken over $400 a year from me. I only wanted to keep with my bank because of continuity, but that is proving too costly. I have a bank to save the small amounts of money I have, not to give my money to the bank to have.

    OK, so I wanted to replace a window in my home and got a special price for cash. I decided to use my B of A credit card (zero balance) to get the cash. So I got $2,500 in cash and then the surprises came. 1. A 5% fee was no. 1. Yup $125 just for taking a cash advance. 2. Special interest rate. If you thought the normal rate on your card sucked, you should see what you are charged for a cash advance. In between the fee and the interest charges I would have wound up paying B of A around $400. I have since paid off the card and am now using Cap 1

    Banked there for years and was great but must have gotten new management (which SUCKS) one week I can cash my wife's check that is signed over to me next week I can' t mind you it's 4 days before Christmas on a Saturday AT 1150AM (they close at noon) sorry sir we made a mistake last week and can't even hold the person who did it accountable because we don't know who it was but merry Christmas we close in 5 minutes tell your wife to come start a bank account with us ill definitely be changing banks at least location i go to such poor service they should be helping their customers especially on the holidays

    F1 students do not open account here. They will freeze your acount 2 times every semester until you bring them some documents. Consider other banks.
