Mike Cheg1Typical Bank of American (No service) 3 pm in the afternoon on a Friday and 1 teller helping customers while 9 people stand in line.. At least it’s consistent at every Bank of America they clearly do not care about customer. The reason I moved over 200 K away from Merrill because the affiliation and lack of service!

Armita Karimi1It was an employee name Jeremy, he was very rude and disrespectful. This location has the Worst customer service. They just take care of Vietnamese customers. All the rooms they were empty and they were talking to each other and not helping the customers at all. I’ve never had a such bad experience with any other Bank of America locations.
Response from the ownerHi Armita. I'm very sorry to hear this. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Jessenya Carrera1I don't think the manager nor whomever is responsible for overseeing this branch cares to read these reviews and to see what they can improve on. None of these reviews have responses. I experienced the same rudeness from the staff, 1 teller with long lines. 11 people are in front of me and about 6 customers behind me. No efficiency and no sense of urgency from anyone.
Response from the ownerHello Jessenya. We apologize for this experience. We would like to connect with you one-on-one to learn more. Please reach out to our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^nicole

miriam morales1Rude customer service, the manger talks to you in a deeming manner. Instead of explaining what is going on they prefer to assume you are just being an irate customer. Was trying to get my bank info verified and all i was given was a number to call and they said they couldn't help. Even though i had explained that i had just been on the phone with BOfA and they had advised to me to go in person. Poor poor customer service and overall example of how to handle a situation properly. Looking at previous reviews it seems that others would agree. They should look into proper training. Taking my business somewhere else.

Reisa Ogeer5We are quite happy to have this location close to our home, its located in a perfect spot with 2 access points; lots of parking, the ATMS are indoors and we have always received prompt and efficient service from the staff at this location.
Response from the ownerExcellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America, Reisa. We value having you as a client. ^tasha

Gata Negra1Twice per month for the past couple of years I've been coming to make business deposits for the company where I work. Always one teller despite the long lines. Always. And the service to the customer truly leaves a lot to be desired. I will never open a personal account or do business here. If I can help it, I'll have our company go elsewhere.

Lynne Ross1I was followed after leaving this branch and robbed, I tried calling the bank to explain what happen & as its automated it is impossible to talk to a live person. My friend was in the bank the following day & talked to someone who called me & left a voicemail, I called back & she acted as if she had no idea who I was or what I was talking about, she was totally uninterested & did not offer to allow me to talk to anyone else. This could have been an old lady that was seriously injured & the lack of concern is unacceptable. There is no excuse for rudeness
