      This Arvest branch at Lowell, AR. is the unfriendliest of the branches in this area. I just left there and no smile from the teller and was asked to prove I banked there which has never happened to me at any other branch I visit. The difference is apparent especially after doing business with the bank on Sunset and on Elm Springs Rd. At these two branches they are extremely helpful and very friendly with big smiles and a wonderful attitude. I won't go back to the Lowell location even though it's closer to my house. The difference in comparison of the Lowell location to every other branch is just startling! Understaffed, I watched as customers backed up out of line because the wait was so long. This seems to be a management problem. I hate that this one location brings down the reputation of the locations that excel in customer service. What a pity. I hope they can fix this, until then I go out of my way to avoid the Lowell branch.

      Horrific experience. Was super excited to start the process of buying my first home after saving 20% down on a reasonably priced home. I called at 10:45 A.M. The associate I spoke with, not only came off very rude when she answered. But also decided to get Frustrated and even mad when I asked about First Time buyer loans. She decided to tell me how Arvest doesn't do first time buyer loans in the rudest manner I've seen. Then basically tried to get me to hang up. (This is a recorded call) She asked me if I would like to work with someone else and I politely asked if I could. For her to again get even more angry and said. "My Manager will give me a call soon, since you don't want to work with me." looking forward to this call which I have not received yet. Arvest, I love your bank and the people that made me excited everytime I came in with banking Questions. However this was not acceptable in my eyes since. Now my excitement has depleted.

      **UPDATE** I called to get my payment history on my loan for insurance reasons. And they sent me SOMEONE ELSES INFORMATION!! Your information is not safe with this bank, I swear I will never deal with this bank again after the insurance takes care of the loan. Highly unprofessional and I'll be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR. Got a loan for a ATV with Arvest and after the ATV was stolen, insurance company was ready with a check and they just needed a "Letter of Guarantee" signed and sent back. After an entire week these folks have lied to me saying it was received and sent in, but the insurance never had it. My insurance even tagged me in the email to them. They have consistently lied to me, and now the paper work is "pending approval" Will never do business with them ever again and I'll be letting the dealership who set me up with them about how they treat their customers. I've never met a bank who didn't want to take money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      Worst bank ever. We have been loyal customers until we moved. Then this bank sends a scam agency the agency name is transmittal P.o box 1721 Wilmington Delaware 19850 Please remove our private address from your list and the collections agency scammers need to also remove. Any future letters sent to us after Monday will be returned back to sender or torn up. My husband is calling both you and the scam agency Monday . Go Memphis Tigers !! We are the tiger nation hear us roar. Remove. Us permanently from here on out. The scam order is heading this week be sure to let the scammers know to leave us alone. And to never contact us again by letter phone or anything else.

      My experience here at this bank has always been great, I always drive 15 min to come here cash my check just because there faster than other branches guess some peole poor judgment and lack of patience never been to other places and experience and so quick to judge and open there mouth for the fun of it dont know what there talking about! Keep up the good work and thank you!

      Why ask for debit card for deposit? If my name is on check. If anyone wants to put money in my account for heavens sake let them!!! Just don't let them take it out.

      My husband has always banked with arvest.. we live and bank in gentry last year we took a loan against My truck and paid it off in full over a week ago was told My title would be sent to me that following Monday because its held in lowell this was a Friday went a bought a new car told them we would have the title within the week because that's what we were told but here it is a full week since they said it would be sent My husband called and they haven't even sent it yet. I'm very disappointed.

      This bank drive thru is always slow. Doesn’t matter if there is 10 cars or none at all. Avoid at all costs. I was the only car and still am waiting for 10 minutes to deposit.

      From what I understand this is the busiest branch they have. Only 2 people working the window inside during lunchtime. Waited far too long for a very short transaction that I couldn't do through the ATM. Disappointing.
