      They put a 9 day hold on my money and will tie up your transaction for no reason without a way to cancel. I was told there would be a 1 day hold and apparently was given false info or I wouldn't have opened an account. *Edit: I did reach out to a supervisor before leaving this review. They said there was nothing they could do to help me.

      I’ve been trying to get a loan on a older vehicle but their phone system is ridiculous it’s like putting in a combination of numbers to get a actual person to answer. But then I give them the vin they say call back in a hour to find out you would have better luck getting a stranger to answer a pay phone. By the time you do car is sold have to start over. Would give a zero if I could.

      I don't do business with them, but the company I work for does; I went to deposit a check for them, and had to wait at least 10 minutes after being told it would be a couple. One person was taking care of a customer and it looked like someone else was watching instead of helping me, which took a minute.

      If I can give 0 for rating, I would. We have paid our home mortgage in full 5 months ago and they still haven't initiated the process for the house title. Either they are extremely incompetent or flat out lazy as their usual excuse was : "Sorry, we have been busy...." each time we called them ( 5 times to remind them) regarding our house title. We are so fed up with this and about to take legal action and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau for investigation into this matter.

      If I could give them a NEGATIVE 100, I WOULD!!! I WOULD NOT recommend them AT ALL!!! I have been dealing with them since MID MARCH!! (It's almost SEPTEMBER!!!) I recently built a new house. The cost went over and have been trying to consolidate and pay off some of my high dollar items as well. They ran me ragged for MONTHS, and sometimes I couldn't find out things for days! The closing was set for Tuesday...then changed it to Thursday...so FINALLY I went to close today and when I got there I was told the date had been cancelled! "Didn't they call you??" Uh, NO! More mix ups and BS...im FUMING!!! Still don't know when my closing is!!!!

      No customer service, people are very rude, very negligent when it comes to paper, work lost our paper work an payments many times and had to prove we paid it. This is horrible place to do business. I will never go back to them. Avoid them for loans and business if I could give a 0 for rating I would..

      Don't bother trying to use their CC for any transactions. They will flag anything as suspicious and then freeze your card. They claim they tried to contact me but left NO message on my phone. I was seeing issues with charges being declined for online accounts before I realized they had mysteriously frozen my card over small transactions with reputable online vendors. They send a letter! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. I will not use this card again.

      We've been with AFCU since October 2017, and we love this credit union! They are always helpful and courteous. We look forward to doing business with AFCU for many, many years to come. My only complaint is that they are not open half days on Saturday, like our last credit union in our home state. Past that, they are great, like I said.

      Staff is very friendly and was helpful to me during the time of my husbands passing. They answered all my questions and guided me thru account changes. They are the best.

      I always have attentive service at drive thru window. On Friday it might be wise to keep 2 people in cashier area, lunch or not.
