      We have been w AHCU since 2004 and have been very happy. In recent years,all four of our kids have opened accounts and I cannot recommend the mobile app and online banking enough! Two of the kids also have auto loans...great. My son just got super excited about the money management in the online banking. He has to make some hard decisions about a vehicle repairs, used the MM tool and now has a plan that he is actually really excited about. His words,"I just used this to math and it was really cool! Who am I now?!" Way to go, AHCU, for including a GREAT money management tool right in our accounts for free! Signed, a really happy and relieved Mom!

      I have used this branch a few times and worked with Sam, every time has been a very pleasant and quick experience, from beginning to end. There always seems to be a teller available too so there isnt any wait before im helped. I'll be referring people here for their banking needs. Well done

      I had an issue with some unauthorized charges and after they really listened to me they understood and resolved everything. Best financial establishment I have ever been to. Very friendly.

      Went in to get a new debit card a month ago as my old one was damaged. They said it’d take 7-10 business days and a month later I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I figured it was the mail being slow so I emailed them to ask about it and it turns out they never even put in the request for a new card so now I get to wait another two weeks for it to arrive. Save yourself the trouble and go find a competent bank.

      STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero stars I would. As a business owner I used this Credit Union to finance things, also used the Credit Union for personal use. They lie, rip you off with fees, and treat their customers like dirt. Not to mention none of the people working here have any clue what they are doing. It's one excuse after another. No communication, no respect, and becareful if you deposit large sums of money because it may end up in someone else's account like it did for me. Then it was a process getting it corrected. Not to mention ripping me off with their insurance scams placing insurance on collateral for a year that costed more than one third the price of collateral. Then changing my loan payments without contacting me. Also if there is an issue they have an outside company call you, they don't have their own employees call you. Every time the outside person calls they never have the correct info.

      My daughter had an account with them. They paid out 1,500$ to someone in Wisconsin & it wiped out her account. While they were “researching” the problem they continued to charge late fees & finally froze her account months after, claiming SHE OWES THEM $$$ !! What a sham. They totally destroyed her credit rating during this process & she lost her entire paycheck through no fault of her own! Terrible customer service & unwilling to admit to their own mistakes in paying out my daughter’s hard earned money to some scammer out of state ! Do not bank with them !!

      Tyler I’m very sorry to hear that a bank would take advantage of someone over insurance. I have had this same thing happen with an other bank. I will say the bank I was with was willing To give me a reasonable rate on insurance after the same incident happened. I didn’t realize that credit unions were capable of doing this to members. I thought credit unions were for the people. I thought they were member owned. I guess it brings things into perspective. I guess all banks are really in business for there kick backs and to benefit there selves. I hope AHCU will try to treat there members better

      For starters, I am a long time member at AHCU. I cannot believe the treatment I have recieved over the last week from my trusted, local, credit union. They are trying to portray a "big bank" where they care more about charging fees than they do about keeping members happy. For the incredible disservice I recieved from Sam, the branch manager at the FL location to the even more incredible disservice I recieved from the Branch Manager's Boss, Anita... I was promised a call back from Anita, never happened. I waited and called again, I was told she would call back same day, never happened. She FINALLY called back only to put me on hold for over 15 minutes, and after waiting so long, I had to hang up thinking she would call me back... Nope.... Still hasn't. I wish I could post my bank statement and show the laughable fees they charged my account because of a simple error on their system. Charging me over $100 in fees! This place has become simply a nightmare... In search of a new local credit union.
