    Excellent service! I never had a problem that AmeriCU couldn't solve for me, even the ones that seemed unsolvable (like putting the wrong account number on my tax return). They do all of my money transfers, handle my mortgage and my car loan. I would recommend them any time for any business, small or large, they take it seriously and do everything possible to help you.     I have to say I love Americu have been with them for over 15 years. I go to the Commercial Drive location as it is near my home. Yesterday I went and was truly disappointed. This location has never been overly friendly, but Yesterday was the worst. I was at the drive thru waited for one customer ahead of me, it took 12 minutes for this customer to finish. I finally pull up for my turn. Sent the tube over and waited again, for like 3-4 minutes. Another customer comes up to the other drive thru, the clerk does their transaction first then as that customer leaves she comes back to me and finally does my transaction. She couldn't keep track of who was there first, and who's tube had been waiting. Then to top it all of she did the transaction with no thank you, nothing she might as well said her but you're not worth my time. If she doesn't like her career choice maybe she should get another. This was about3 o'clock Yesterday 6/22/22

    I agree with the past statements! Uncaring staff … who indeed will walk AWAY from you once making eye contact! Please … the only reason why I use this bank is bc my father was military and back then the staff was more than happy to help! Tell my why it took 3 girls to grab my ATM & why it took over 20 mins … I hope that a district manager sees these reviews and retrain in customer service!!! Or you’ll be training in Customer De-escalation!

    I will never do business with this credit union again. Countless issues with my accounts, loans and credit card. Do not make the mistake I did and waste your time with them.

    If you like headaches this is the bank for you. They sold my car loan to a different financial organization without any consideration, all I got is an email informing me of the sale.

    Terrible communication. The temperature display has been off for over two years and they do seem to care. Off about ten degrees. After twenty attempts to communicate to them this problem, I conclude they do not care.

    I had an issue, they were helpful. Friendly people, their online service would benefit from a warning should someone try to overdraft too much. Also, there should not be a second attempt to transfer if the first fails, as this incurs an additional fine. Nice people, so they get 4 stars.

    They do not run like a credit union and instead more like a bank. Unaccomdating staff who literally just don't care. Americu has never done anything helpful for me the whole 13 years I have been a mbr.

    Americu took money out of my bank account to use to pay my Mothers credit card bill. I am 20 yrs old and am on my own account, no transaction was authorized on my end or my mothers. I 100% believe that is illegal and now I have to go out of my way to try and get MY money back that I work for. Times are tough as it is and have MY OWN BILLS TO PAY.

    This is the worst place. Unless you know someone they are not pleasant and rob you blind. In the process of finally closing all accounts and moving it all toMandT as M&T has a much more friendly atmosphere. Better online access. Reverses fraud charges right away and the online banking is the easiest of many banks in the country. Do not do business with this bank. It's worse than Access and way worse than Brennan bank in Florida. Go to a real bank like M&T as they have the best people and they actually help rather than say theirs nothing they can do. Just pay us.
