    So I’ve tried 3 times now to set up an account with this bank & unfortunately the location I go to always has a wait which is a huge inconvenience. First time I waited & then the lady took a customer before me because I guess it was a “closing” which I guess was more important so I left. Second time there was a 20 minute wait. Third time about a 30 minute wait. I guess I could try a different location or alternate method, but going into a branch to set up an account I feel is more efficient & the DT location happens to be convenient for me. I’d recommend getting more workers in this location. I would have liked to set up an appt, but that’s not an option either. It’s kind of discouraging as a potential customer to have to turn around because their busy & don’t have enough workers. & unfortunately their business hours are my work hours so I’m leaving work to do this. Never thought it would be that complicated just to set up a new checking acct.

    I am a regular customer at Americu Credit union in downtown Syracuse. I just had the worst experience with Sarah Murphy who was the clerk today. She was very condescending, from the moment i stepped in. I was the only customer at the time but she didn't seems to want to help me. Sarah Murphy was extremely rude and when i thanked her for clearly not helping me out, She just shrugged. The management at this place should really work on having positive and helpful people as their clerks instead of ill-mannered Sarah who seems like she is just there for a paycheck.

    Soo incredibly slow. It’s takes them 2-3 times longer to do basic, simple, things than other banks.
