    The worst customer service I've ever received. Checks held for 5 days, 30 minute wait times to speak to a representative, etc. The list goes on for miles of the issues I've had with this credit union. Do not waste your money or your time with them.

    Do yourself a huge favor and don’t bring any of your business here. I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life. They will tell you one thing and then do the complete opposite. They will lie and connive to tell you what you want to hear without providing any of the services they tell you they would provide . Bunch of liars and thieves.

    If you like headaches this is the bank for you. They sold my car loan to a different financial organization without any consideration, all I got is an email informing me of the sale.

    I received a phone call from the call center that there was potential fraud on my account and they cancelled me debit card. I went to this branch to get the card replaced and they charged $10 for a new card even though it was out of my control. My wife and I will be switching banks within the upcoming weeks.

    Worst place to bank as far a fees go. I have a line of credit and a heloc set up on my account. I'm moved money to make sure these lines of credit are either paid of or have room. in the mean time a charge comes into my checking, with money available in both lines of credits they put my checking into a negative and charge me $28 fee. This is just a legal way to rob someone. I make all my payments on time and pay a lot of interest and the thanks i get is when i call in, is we cant help you. I will do my best not to send any new business your way. I DONT LIKE BEING ROBBED. I will be looking into finding a new bank. The sad part is Iike all the worker and people I have dealt with at the branches. I think corporate should re-think how they assist good customers.
