We have a vehicle financed with AICU, unfortunately. These small town banks and credit unions nickel and dime you to death. You can't pay your payment online, unless of course you want to pay their fee. It is 2022 and you're still charging customers to make their payments? Absurd. When I asked about this, I was advised I could deposit a check from my bank, then transfer to make my car payment. What in the world?! Time to catch up with the times. Also, I was told if I mailed my payment, they went by the post marked date for the payment date. That's not true. After reviewing my account, they had secretly posted 3 late fees and no notification of them! I was shocked. I can't control the postal service. I called about those too and was told oh well, too bad. Ridiculous service that makes no sense. I will never use AICU again. Customer service no longer exists, especially here.

Paid off a vehicle for a customer of theirs in the branch and have yet to see a title over 5weeks. Edit. I have changed to two stars because the customer service on the phone was great. The rep advised me that it shouldn't have taken this long (cost me $21 in a temporary registration). Will get with the "all in" member and try to resolve after the holiday.

Always giving me a hard time depositing my check, they always want to put the check on hold for 5 days! Always have to go to Enterprise branch and they make my money available immediately! Been with them for 10 years but still they giving me a hard time!

Disgusting. They want my password to my personal account to make the payment and if you use a credit card it will charge you more than the original amount of the payment due I will not and never have given password/name on any of my accounts. None of your business

I have an RV loan with them. They gave me an awesome interest-rate, and have been very helpful and knowledgeable when I’ve had questions. Plus you always get to speak with a live person! It doesn’t get any better than that.

      Response from the owner

We are so happy to hear this, Jill!

Do not use this bank for loans. We started using them back when they were called “Army Aviation Federal Credit Union” since then they switched to the title All In. We’ve been loyal to them for nearly 9 years now with every vehicle we have bought. Being military we are making a move overseas and decided to sell our vehicle so we paid it off and needed the title as soon as possible which we told the associate who helped us handle the pay off on the phone. I have yet to receive the title, I’ve been in contact with the bank and they informed me that they ship titles via “snail mail” that it could take up to 2-3 weeks! They can’t provide tracking or any other form of proof to where the title may be located. How does a business let an important document leave their possession like that via “snail mail” with no idea if it could get lost. The associate I spoke to had zero empathy. She said if it doesn’t show up in 3-4 weeks we could file a claim of some sorts or something along that line, which would obviously be too late if I’m out of the country.

Can't get a live person. Their website only works some of the time. Charge you $3 for statements but make it nearly impossible to set up e-statements. Honestly I expect worse technology from Credit Unions but this is sadly the worst yet. Update 08 July 2021 Found a better number for customer service. They are actually fairly helpful when another credit union messed up.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for reviewing All In Credit Union, Kyle!

Not sure why I can't get a new debit card sent, mine has expired. Doesn't anyone monitor expiration dates for their customers? I have requested a new card as well, no card or reply. Doesn't anyone monitor email accounts? Closing account with this bank. I have been a customer for almost twenty years.

As soon as my collateral is paid in full, I'm moving to another credit union. They didn't resolve a better business bureau complaint and robbed me of my money. Not only this but that harrass you with high pressure sales for liberty mutual Insurance which charges not a penny less then what I'm paying now. Will soon be making an attorney general complaint for high pressure sales and harrassment

They don't have a lot of fees which is great. Their anti theft measures aren't the best. I had to catch the fraudulent charges myself more than once. They also don't allow international purchases without filing paperwork beforehand. All in all 3/5 seems pretty fair
