  Advanced Title is an amazing company! Alisa went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions promptly, and was a pleasure to work with. I also love that the office is kid friendly. They provided toys for my kids to play with while my husband and I were signing. I highly recommend using them!

  I have bought two houses in Cache Valley and both times I have been so grateful I chose Advanced Title. They made the process so easy and I was very comfortable with all of the decisions I got to choose. Because of the complexities of the different transactions, I saved hundreds of dollars using Advanced. I had to take my one year old to the closing and he was able to run around and play without me worrying about him. They had toys for him to play with and everyone that works there is great. I would recommend them every time to anyone who was buying or selling a home!!
