  I had walked into the Bartlesville location and I was greeted by Leah who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She knows about Superior Customer Service because I have been to many loan installment companies and they were all unprofessional and not being upfront and honest regarding my questions. Also Retha is another Superior Customer Service Rep. She knows her job and assisted my sister whom i advised of the company. These 2 Ladies Retha & Leah deserve a raise and a stipend! I will continue to do more business snd also bring them business.

  Leah in the Bartlesville office is very rude and short with customers, they won’t get my business again. It takes one second to be kind to someone but you could clearly tell she was judging!
